We’re excited to share that building is underway for 20 modular homes by Champion® Homes in Buffalo, NY, as a part of the city’s attainable housing program. The 20 modular homes, built by Champion® Homes and installed onsite by Buffalo Construction Consultants, will help provide new pathways to homeownership for Buffalo residents. Modular homes can be built faster than site-built homes, which can result in more attainable price points, offering new opportunities for housing in local communities. Champion is building two modular models for the program. The first is a one-story, 1,000-square-foot, two-bedroom floorplan, and the second is a two-story, 1,250-squrae-foot, three-bedroom floorplan.
