Detroit is a city that knows how to keep building. That energy felt right at home for our Spring Offsite. Over a few days at The Siren Hotel, the Chalice team came together to work, debate, celebrate, wander, eat very well, throw a baby shower, and launch our first community giveback project. We left inspired by the grit, and reminded that while we build AI for advertisers, the most important thing we’re building is a team. 💛

Tylynn is one of those rare people who makes advanced AI feel deeply human. The work she drives at Chalice helps brands make smarter decisions and ultimately deliver better outcomes. But behind all of that innovation is someone who genuinely cares about doing things thoughtfully, with kindness, and well. We’re lucky to build alongside her. Congrats to our own Tylynn Pettrey on being named in the Ad Age 2026 Tech Power List! Article in comments.

What does it actually take to build an ad tech company that isn't optimizing for a platform? On The Build with Mike O'Sullivan and Ian Meyers, Chalice AI COO & Co-Founder Ali Manning gave the unvarnished story, including a pandemic launch, a Series A that fell through, and a cold email that changed the trajectory of the company. 🔗 to the full episode in the comments.
Podcast drop 👊🎤. On The Build, I talk about how working at Google mirrored my evangelical upbringing, how almost losing our apartment became the pillow talk that led to the Trade Desk buying out our round, and how our series A collapsed just in time for the company to turn a profit. https://lnkd.in/eB_PsefN Talking to Mike O'Sullivan and Ian Meyers is like catching up with old comrades in arms. Founders of the same class turning the battle scars into tales of unlikely victory.

AI keeps getting framed as a way to cut costs and do more with less. But most marketers we talked to at #POSSIBLE want something bigger: growth. At cartograph.ai’s Innovation Workshop, Michael Riley joined brands and agencies to discuss how custom AI can create growth and efficiency. At Chalice, we believe that's the conversation is headed. The best AI should help marketers grow smarter, not just shrink costs. Thanks to Jay Friedman, and Danilo Tauro, PhD for putting together a great event.
