CBRE Government & Defense Services is #hiring a Senior Project Manager (SPM) to lead a major healthcare construction renovation at the NAVAL MEDICAL CENTER PORTSMOUTH (NMCP), VA. We’re looking for a dynamic and collaborative leader to oversee this critical project supporting NMCP’s mission to provide high-quality healthcare to military personnel and their families. The Medical Repair and Renewal project will renovate approximately 110,000 SF across four main phases: • Phase 1: Administrative space • Phases 2 & 3: Surgical spaces, including 19 operating rooms, pre-op and post-op bays, and a PICU • Phase 4: New Central Procedure Unit The SPM will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of these complex healthcare renovations—maintaining compliance with federal regulations, quality standards, and safety requirements.
