From our perspective, the game highlights a few familiar truths: 🏗️ Planning wins before kickoff Success happens long before game day in the schedules, coordination, design decisions, and contingencies no one sees. 📋 Great design sets the foundation Thoughtful planning and clear documentation are what allow projects to move efficiently from concept to construction. 🤝 It’s always a team effort Engineers, surveyors, and contractors... like offense, defense, and special teams ... each play a critical role in the success of the project. As the grandson and son of steelworkers, farmworkers, a mechanic, and a school teacher, this is deeply personal. California Forever’s build out will create over 17,000 direct construction jobs, non-stop, for 40 years. That’s 17,000 families finding their California Dream. But construction is just the foundation. According to today’s Bay Area Council report, California Forever will deliver: $215 billion private investment 530,000 jobs 170,000 homes $16 billion in new annual tax revenue This is our moment, California.
