It was a beautiful day to celebrate in Morristown, Indiana! #proudtobeBunge

Today we are proud to officially open our state-of-the-art soy protein concentrate plant in Morristown, Indiana – the largest of its kind in the U.S. Over the past year, more than 70 new team members have joined the Bunge team at this location. Together they are transforming Indiana‑grown soybeans into high-quality ingredients for global customers across meat, plant‑based foods, bakery, snacks, animal nutrition, and feed products. Their work is a direct reflection of innovation in agriculture and the significant roles the Morristown community and the state of Indiana play in feeding and fueling the world. Morristown is one of Bunge’s most important facilities. It supports our purpose to connect farmers to consumers to deliver essential food, feed, and fuel to the world. Our ribbon-cutting event celebrated what long-term partnership and shared purpose can build together, and Morristown has been a vital part of that story for more than 25 years. This facility represents more than manufacturing capacity. It represents innovation rooted in agriculture. It represents the strength of partnership between global markets and local communities. And most importantly, it represents people—our team, our farmers, and the community—working together to create something that reaches far beyond the facility. Please join me in congratulating members of our team that made Morristown and today’s wonderful event happen. #ProudtobeBunge

Bunge’s new high-purity protein facility is officially open! The future is here: customer-driven innovation, rooted in American agriculture, built in the heart of Indiana.  We’re proud to celebrate the opening of our state-of-the-art soy protein concentrate facility in Morristown—the largest of its kind in the United States, the first to be built in more than 40 years, and the only one dedicated to food-grade production. Joined by Congressman Jefferson Shreve and state and local leaders, this marks a major milestone for Bunge and the future of plant protein. This one-of-a-kind operation uses advanced technologies to produce PurePro® high-purity soy protein concentrates that are ultra clean-tasting and light-colored, which address long‑standing customer challenges with plant protein ingredients, such as earthy flavors and dull appearance.  This mega‑scale facility connects Indiana soybean farmers to new value‑added markets around the world and is designed to help brands of any size grow with rising protein demand. In addition, it amplifies our already-valued service excellence with cutting-edge automation, robotics, and extensive warehouse with multiple loadouts.  Offered in non-GMO and conventional, as well as powdered and textured formats, PurePro® is ideal for creating the most delicious and visually appealing higher-protein applications across processed meat, plant‑based meat, bakery, cereals, snacks, beverages and more.  This investment reflects our commitment to farmers, customers, communities and the evolving needs of food manufacturers worldwide.  Reach us purepro@bunge.com. #proudtobeBunge

We announced earlier today Bunge’s financial results for the first quarter of 2026. Thanks to the team’s focus and disciplined execution, we delivered a strong start to the year while navigating one of the more rapidly changing operating environments we’ve seen in recent years. Shifting trade flows and broader geopolitical uncertainty have continued to impact global markets. Yet Bunge’s business is designed for complexity and change. Our combination of an integrated global platform, disciplined risk management, and operational excellence allowed us to perform – and this quarter was clear evidence of that. We kept supply chains moving, served customers well, and continued connecting farmers to consumers to deliver essential food, feed, and fuel to the world. This morning we shared a few highlights from the quarter with the investment community: - We reported Q1 GAAP diluted Earnings Per Share (EPS) of $0.35 vs. $1.48 in the prior year; and $1.83 vs. $1.81 on an adjusted basis. - Our higher results were primarily driven by Soybean and Softseed Processing and Refining, reflecting strong execution in a dynamic environment and improved market conditions. - We raised our full-year adjusted EPS outlook to $9.00 to $9.50, up from $7.50 to $8.00. We have the right people, assets, systems, and strategies in place to manage uncertainty, adapt to external challenges, and remain focused on what truly matters – serving our customers and creating value for all stakeholders. Find out more about our quarterly results at Bunge.com and in our Q1 investor presentation. #ProudtobeBunge

Bunge continues our Earth Month series this week, featuring another aspect of Responsible Supply Chains, sustainable soy, a crop that feeds billions and shapes landscapes around the world. In 2025, Bunge achieved the full implementation of our Non-Deforestation Commitment for soy, hitting a major milestone in our journey to advance responsible sourcing. We celebrate this progress while continuing our efforts to expand traceability and monitoring to new areas, create more opportunities for farmers and protect precious ecosystems. In 2025, we: ● Achieved 100% monitoring and traceability for direct and indirect sourcing of soy in priority regions of Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay. As the first in our industry to deliver ecosystem protection in these areas, we’re helping prove that production and preservation can go hand in hand. ● Enhanced our partnership with CPF Group to expand the use of blockchain technology for verified, sustainable soy sourcing for food and animal feed across Thailand and Southeast Asia. ● Continued our regenerative agriculture programs across Europe, North America and South America, supporting soil health and resilience. From traceability and farm monitoring to regenerative agriculture and strong partnerships, this progress reflects the power of collective action across our value towards a nature-positive agricultural ecosystem.
