National Defense Transportation Day was established in 1957 to recognize the critical role transportation plays in national security, economic stability, and the ability to move essential resources when it matters most. A strong transportation network is more than infrastructure. It’s resilience. This day highlights the role transportation plays in keeping people, businesses, and communities moving. At Brink’s, we see this every day. Transportation is not just a service. It’s at the core of how businesses operate and grow. Because at the end of the day, everything depends on it.

Strong execution continues at Brink’s. We delivered 10% revenue growth, led by 15% organic growth in AMS and DRS, and reached a major milestone with $1B in trailing‑twelve‑month adjusted EBITDA—the first in our history. We also generated record trailing-twelve-month free cash flow over half a billion dollars, reflecting sustainable improvements to cash generation. Supported by a strong first quarter, we remain on track to achieve our 2026 framework with mid‑single digit organic revenue growth, mid‑ to high‑teens AMS/DRS growth, adjusted EBITDA margin expansion, and 40–45% free cash flow conversion. Our transformational acquisition of NCR Atleos remains on track for closing by the end of Q1 2027. Brink’s remains focused on disciplined execution, profitable growth, and long‑term value creation as we navigate volatile market conditions.

For H.N. Funkhouser’s 20 convenience stores, improving bank efficiency came down to flexibility. Its previous cash handling vendor had an exclusive relationship with a financial institution, but the company wanted to see if other banks could provide a better deal. Brink’s brought the company $50,000 per year in savings from bank fees. Watch the video and read the full case study below for more details. https://lnkd.in/g7rMMrVx

Here’s a little behind the scenes look at how we invest in our people at Brink’s. This month, teams across DRS and AMS brought together trainers, enablement leaders, and sales leaders from multiple regions to connect, learn, and align. The goal is simple: make sure our teams around the world are trained and moving in the same direction, while still supporting local markets. So far, we have wrapped up sessions in North America at our Coppell office and in Latin America at our Mexico City office, with great energy and engagement. And we are just getting started. More stops are coming, so keep an eye out to see where we head next!

We’re proud to kick off our fundraising journey for Blood Cancer United and their Light The Night Dallas walk on November 7—a cause that shines a light on hope, resilience, and the power of community. At our kickoff event, we were honored to hear from Peyton, a 13‑year‑old lymphoma survivor whose story moved everyone in the room. Peyton courageously shared his fight against blood cancer and how, with the unwavering support of his medical team, family, friends, and Blood Cancer United, he persevered through unimaginable challenges. Today, he has been in remission for nearly five years. His story is a powerful reminder of why we walk, why we give, and why we stand together. At Brink’s, We Protect—not just valuables, but people, families, and the communities we serve. Supporting this cause is one more way we put that value into action. 💛 Join Team Brink’s as we support families facing blood cancers and help fund life‑saving research, patient care, and advocacy. Together, we can light the night—and the path forward—for those who need it most. 👉 Learn more and get involved: https://lnkd.in/gjFcVpXY #TeamBrinks #WeProtect #LightTheNight #BloodCancerUnited #PurposeInAction #Hope #Community #GivingBack Leslie Perez

This is what progress looks like. While teams across Brink’s global operations drive change worldwide, Brink’s US added 30 new electric vehicles in Orange County, California at the end of 2025. Excited to see what is ahead for future sustainability initiatives!
This Earth Day, we are proud to highlight the actions our teams are taking around the world to support responsible operations and stronger communities. From energy‑efficient facilities and smarter fleet technologies to employee‑led environmental and community initiatives, Brink’s is focused on making meaningful progress every day. Sustainability is not one moment. It is ongoing work powered by people who care about how we operate and the impact we leave behind.

For many small businesses, Tax Day is a reminder of how much happens behind the scenes to keep a business running. Late nights reconciling deposits, tracking cash, and pulling reports can add real stress when it is time to file. Clear records, fewer surprises, and less manual reconciliation make that process easier. Better visibility into cash and simpler ways to manage it throughout the year can ease that burden so filing is one less thing to worry about when Tax Day rolls around.
