And it always leads to the worst version of the story. - "My team won't respect this decision." - "This feedback will make them defensive." - "If I delegate this, they'll think I can't handle it." These thoughts kill your leadership impact long before you even act. But the situation doesn't need to change, Your interpretation does. "My team won't respect this decision." 👉 "This is my chance to earn trust through transparency." "This feedback will make them defensive." 👉 "This conversation could unlock their next level of performance." "If I delegate this, they'll think I can't handle it." 👉 "This is how I develop my team and scale my impact." Every leadership challenge gives you two stories. Story A: the one that makes you smaller. Story B: the one that makes you stronger. You choose which one becomes your reality. Your interpretation drives your direction as a leader. How you read your experiences determines whether you: - Step up or step back. - Speak up or stay silent. - Follow through or give up. - Scale your impact or shrink it.
