It’s always amazing to see colleagues from all over the world working together on a project, hand in hand.  At BMZ, we’re proud of how strongly the teams from our sister companies collaborate, just like right now. Since the beginning of November, colleagues from BMZ North Macedonia have been actively cooperating with BMZ Poland team in preparing a new project in the EV segment. Not by email or Teams, but in person, directly on site.   They supported BMZ Poland's quality engineers in key areas of project preparation, from developing documentation, through building a quality control system for incoming inspection, to creating training materials such as control instructions and Quality Alarms. In this way, they ensure that the project is on a solid footing for our customer right from the start and is advanced to the highest quality standards. Their commitment shows how well teamwork and knowledge exchange work within the BMZ Group across countries: directly, efficiently, solution-oriented, and always with the shared goal of achieving the best results for each project.  Thank you for your dedication, professionalism, and support.
