Our Clinical Care Access team is in San Diego for the NRHA Rural Health Access Conference. This event is one of the only meetings in the nation dedicated to the unique challenges of under-represented and underserved populations in rural America. At BME Strategies, we know that rural health isn't just about geography—it's about overcoming economic factors, social differences, and the isolation that creates health disparities. We're eager to engage with attendees and speakers and discuss how our team builds sustainable system change that drives long-term impact. #RuralHealthAccess #NRHA #HealthEquity #BMEStrategies #SanDiego2026 #PublicHealth

The first day of Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers' 2026 Community Health Institute Annual Conference has already gotten off to an inspiring start! ✨ Manny Lopes, President and CEO of Fallon Health, reminded us today that "Health Centers are part of the revolution of healthcare." He emphasized the critical importance of partnership and supporting our frontline staff as we work together to advance the health of our communities. We were also moved by the powerful words of Poet Laureate Regie Gibson, whose message of resilience echoed through the room, "courageous communities rise against injustice." If you’re at the conference, say hello to our Clinical Care Access team members Kelley Hiland and Justin Hamrick, MPH over the next few days! Let’s discuss how we can keep "powering innovation" for the communities that rely on us most. #RuralHealth #CommunityHealth #BMEStrategies #MassHealth #PublicHealth #FQHCs #CHCs

How do you build a shared understanding across 300+ diverse municipalities? BME's Melanie Mackin and Kyla Botsian, MPH recently shared their insights at the NYS Public Health Partnership Conference from our work on the MA FPHS Data Collection Initiative. Our Strategy Relationship-Driven TA: We assigned dedicated team leads to every municipality to foster trust and consistency. Meeting Partners Where They Are: From live webinars to over 50 tailored training sessions and 1:1 check-ins, we provided multi-modal support. Measurable Impact: With 700+ hours of direct support, we achieved a 95% completion rate (302 out of 317 municipalities!). The result? Robust, representative data that allows decisions-makers to understand the current landscape and start driving evidence-based, sustainable growth.
