We are pleased to announce the appointment of Dani Stern as president, hospitality operations at Black Desert Resort. Dani brings more than two decades of executive leadership experience across luxury resorts, lifestyle hotels, and large-scale hospitality platforms. Most recently, Dani served as senior vice president. In this role, Dani will oversee all hospitality operations at Black Desert Resort, guiding performance across the property while shaping the long-term strategic direction of the resort experience. His leadership will be instrumental as the community continues its evoluation, including the opening of the water park, expansion of golf, and the continued buildout of Black Desert as one of the most distinctive resort communities in the country. Dani’s experience leading large, complex resort environments - combined with his strong financial acumen and deep understanding of guest experience, membership programming, and revenue strategy - positions him uniquely to elevate Black Desert Resort as a premier luxury destination. He is known as a highly visible, people-centered leader who builds strong cultures, develops high-performing teams, and fosters trusted relationships with ownership.
