AI adoption is accelerating, but real business impact isn’t keeping up. Most companies are still starting with the wrong question: “How do we use AI?” The better question is: 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗜 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁, 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗱, 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗸, 𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲? That shift, from experimentation to measurable outcomes, is where AI ROI begins. In this blog, we break down: * Why AI pilots tend to stall or fail before delivering value. * What separates companies seeing real ROI from those that don’t. * Five practical AI use cases already driving measurable outcomes. If you’re under pressure to prove value from AI investments, this is where to start. There’s no shortage of AI tools in the market. But tools alone don’t create value, operating discipline does. Without: • Clear workflow ownership • Defined validation models • Strong governance and traceability • Visibility into cost drivers AI initiatives quickly shift from opportunity to exposure. What separates successful teams is their ability to: → Tie AI to measurable business outcomes → Design workflows with accountability → Build systems that can be trusted, audited, and scaled AI doesn’t fail because the technology doesn’t work. It fails because the foundation isn’t ready. Before using AI to scale your next initiative, ask: Do we have the operating model to support it? Jasmine Jin, our Managing Director for Beyondsoft Americas has the scoop https://vist.ly/54k45

Recently, our team in Plano, Texas and clients joined Top Chef Tre Wilcox at Tre Wilcox Cooking Concepts for a cooking challenge. We were split into teams, handed mystery baskets, and let loose in a fully stocked kitchen. The judging? Teamwork, taste, creativity with the mystery ingredients, and plating. Basically, no hiding behind "I don't cook." The real twist: we didn't eat what we made. Chef Tre served us a full three-course dinner instead. Probably a wise call. It was a fun night for all. We work hard and play hard too! A big thank you to Kristine Noble (Swanson), Shundrian Green, MBA, SAFe, PMP and many team members who pulled together the event. Thank you to our clients for attending the event.

Disconnected systems create disconnected decisions. Do these data silos sound familiar? 1. ERP systems 2. Marketing platforms 3. Support tools 4. Other legacy systems If it does, then you know your teams are spending more time reconciling information than acting on it. The result? Delays, inconsistencies, and missed opportunities. That’s why integrating your business systems into Salesforce isn’t just a technical upgrade. It’s a strategic shift toward a true single source of truth. Here’s how that transformation happens: 🔹 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Repetitive, rule-based tasks are streamlined into automated processes. Teams are now free to focus on higher-value work while improving speed and accuracy. 🔹 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 Robust integration frameworks bring systems together through API design, middleware, secure authentication, and real-time synchronization. Data can now flow seamlessly and securely across the organization. 🔹 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 Fragmented processes are redesigned as connected workflows within Salesforce, creating consistency, visibility, and efficiency across teams. 🔹 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 Integration isn’t a one-time project. Continuous monitoring, enhancement of roadmaps, and scalable support ensure your systems evolve with your business. The impact is clear: ✔ Unified data across the enterprise ✔ Real-time insights for better decisions ✔ Faster, more connected customer experiences Because when your systems are connected, your business is aligned. 🎉 Client Success Story Workforce management shouldn’t be a guessing game. A global enterprise was struggling with fragmented processes, inconsistent scheduling, and limited visibility. This led to higher costs and missed service expectations. We helped them bring structure, automation, and real-time insight into their operations. The impact: ✔️ Forecast accuracy improved to 95%+ ✔️ 60–70% reduction in manual effort ✔️ 100% service levels achieved ✔️ Escalations reduced to zero We partnered with a client to turn their Workforce Management function from reactive firefighting into a data-driven, scalable operation built for performance. The takeaway? When you trust your data, you make better decisions. Better decisions drive better outcomes. Love Thakur provides additional details in this customer story https://vist.ly/53sqh

Moving to the cloud isn’t the hard part. 𝐆𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐬. A lot of companies think the job is done once systems are migrated. But migration only moves workloads. It doesn’t fix performance issues, control costs, or improve how the business operates. Without governance and ongoing improvements, there is a strong possibility companies carry inefficiencies into the cloud. That’s where the right IT partner makes the difference. A good cloud consultancy doesn’t just focus on technology. They focus on things like: Knowing your industry Understanding how your business works Asking the right questions before designing solutions Planning for what happens after the migration In the first blog of our blog series, we break down what a good IT partner looks like from the inside using real cloud projects as examples. If you're planning a migration or already in the cloud and wondering why costs keep creeping up, this will sound familiar. 👉 Read Part 1 of the series: What a Good IT Partner Looks Like From the Inside – Cloud Services. https://vist.ly/53i9h

AI initiatives rarely fail because the technology does not work. They fail because the operating model is not defined. To scale AI effectively, organizations need a baseline across five areas: 1. Workflow design tied to a clear business outcome. 2. Data and grounding readiness. 3. Integration into core workflows and decision points. 4. Security, governance, and observability. 5. Cost visibility and control at scale. These are not independent efforts. They work together as part of a single operating model. Without that foundation: ⛔Outputs are harder to trust. ⛔Adoption remains limited. ⛔Costs become unpredictable. With it: ✅Decisions are faster and more consistent. ✅Workflows improve in measurable ways. ✅AI becomes part of how work gets done. ✅You do not need to solve everything up front. But you do need a clear baseline before you scale. Jasmine Jin, our Managing Director, Beyondsoft Americas shares her insight 👇 https://vist.ly/538qd

We’ve worked with CDP for more than three years because sustainability is important. Each year, we disclose our environmental data through CDP. Putting real numbers behind impact tells us what’s working, and what isn’t. That consistency earned us a B Status for transparency in both 2024 and 2025. We don’t treat it as a finish line. It’s progress and a baseline we hold ourselves to. If you’re serious about building toward a net-zero, earth-positive economy, work with a third party that holds you accountable. Most infrastructure problems aren't technical. They're operational. Modern IT is as much about efficiency as it is about performance. When FINK teamed up with us, the focus wasn’t just “rip and replace.” It was a thoughtful overhaul to improve operational continuity, proactive responses and risk management. We updated their security to catch ransomware and phishing early, before they spread. And we removed the VPN bottleneck so remote work actually worked. The shift wasn’t flashy. It was practical. We helped with: 🔹 Automated policy deployment 🔹 Real-time risk reduction with modern endpoint tools 🔹 An infrastructure that supports hybrid/remote work without VPN constraints We worked with them to focus on what moves the business forward. If you’re still patching servers and hoping for better for uptime, consider this: efficiency and modernization go hand in hand, and proactive IT wins. Igor Kelvin lays out how we worked together with Fink: https://vist.ly/42ki3
