    Seven years ago, we crossed paths with Greg Autuori, COO of Bennie, almost by accident. But what's happened since then isn't serendipity. It is two teams that care about the same thing: making benefits actually work for people. Bennie also uses JOON internally for their own team (shoutout to Kelly Williams, SPHR & Ronelle S. Lichman).     🇵🇭 Some of our team just wrapped up an incredible week in the Philippines! It was a fantastic opportunity to spend time with our Manila-based colleagues, balancing productive sessions with amazing local food and even better company. A few team members officially earned their stripes by trying balut for the first time!
