Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Wellness @ Work event by the Women @ Bendix employee resource group! From chair massages and injury screenings to ergonomics tips and guided stretching, the day was packed with ways to help us feel our best – at work and beyond.    A special thank-you to our guest speaker from University Hospitals (UH) for sharing practical tips on “Healthy Eating for Real Life” – and helping us all think a little differently about everyday choices.    It was great to see so many team members stop by, ask questions, and take time to focus on their well-being.    #LifeAtBendix #WeMoveTogether

Giving back, together. Bendix employees joined community volunteers on May 16 at the ELYRIA PUBLIC LIBRARY to help clean up the community garden – an event organized by Our F.A.M.I.L.Y. (Fathers and Mothers Involved in Local Youth).    From pulling weeds to clearing debris, the team worked alongside the Lorain County Community Action Agency (LCCAA) and Lorain County Urban League, Inc. to refresh this shared space.    Thank you to all who volunteered!    #CommunitySupport #LifeAtBendix #WeMoveTogether
