We’re hiring for the position of Manager of Learning & Development Content. This role is ideal for a builder, creator, and executor who will take ownership of training content from creation to deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all training content, including video, LMS/eLearning, manuals, job aids, and presentations.
- Oversee end-to-end video production, including pre-production, shooting, and editing.
- Develop content that supports New Store Openings, training programs, and ongoing development.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong pre-production planning skills, including storyboarding and scripting.
- Expertise in video shooting and editing using applications such as CapCut and Canva.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
