His background in operations, organization, and systems management equips him well to support Advancement Services. In this role, TJ will help build and refine data processes that advance Baylor’s mission—supporting data integrity, preparing files for CRM import, managing alumni directory updates, and training student workers. It was great to join Baylor University’s Vice President for Advancement Jason Diffenderfer at the annual CASE District IV conference. Alongside these other university and industry leaders we talked about everything from enrollment and revenue disruption to technology transformation to increasing principal gifts. These are certainly challenging times for higher education and partnering effectively with Advancement will be crucial for our success.
