  • From credentialing to care delivery, AI is reshaping healthcare workforce intelligence — our CTO breaks down why the question isn't if you adopt AI, but when. #Axuall #HealthTech #AIAdoption

I saw a comment today that said, “No one wants AI. Stop pushing it on us.” It reminded me just how many people still do not understand the value of AI, or more specifically, large language models (LLMs). I understand the fear around the disruption AI is causing. Major technology shifts are disruptive. But I also think a lot of that fear is being amplified into attention-grabbing headlines instead of balanced conversations. I’ve been using AI daily in both my work and personal life for over two years now, and at this point I cannot imagine trying to work without it. Over a year ago, I kept telling my team: “AI is not going to take your job, but someone using AI sure will.” That statement feels even more true today. The idea that we should slow down or stop AI just because some people do not like it, or do not yet understand it, feels incredibly naive to me. Fighting AI adoption today sounds a lot like arguing against the internet in 1995 or wanting to keep horses instead of adopting cars. My advice to everyone is to educate yourself and start using it. AI is only going to continue growing as an essential skill that people will be expected to understand and use effectively, just like the internet became.

  • Health systems invest significant resources in physician recruitment, but recruiting strategies often rely on limited information about the broader workforce. Axuall Explore provides deeper insight into provider experience, affiliations, and professional movement. • Community Health Network is proving what’s possible when credentialing modernization is built around the existing ecosystem, not added on top of it. By partnering with Axuall, CHN has streamlined workflows, reduced application turnaround time by nearly 68%, and created a better experience for clinicians and staff alike. As Patrick McGill, MD, President and CEO of Community Health Network, shared: “Our partnership with Axuall has been the cornerstone of our credentialing transformation... Axuall didn’t just provide a tool; they provided a strategic path to faster care delivery.” We’re proud to support CHN’s continued transformation. • During National Hospital Week, health systems recognize the dedicated teams that keep care moving every day. Supporting that work depends on coordinated processes behind the scenes—from recruitment and credentialing to maintaining data stability across every downstream system. Historically, health systems have operated on a fractured foundation. Provider data decays across disconnected silos, leaving the "brain" of the hospital—the EHR—powered by manual processes that are operationally brittle and prone to error. Axuall is changing that by providing the industry’s first always-on provider intelligence layer. Anchored by a continuously validated clinician super record, our Sync module solves the structural data problem at its source: • Automated Integration: We push enriched, real-time provider profiles directly into whatever record of truth your organization deploys to support your provider stack: credentialling systems, Epic SER, provider directories. • Eliminate Manual Work: We replace manual, multi-year data curation efforts with an automated, always-on feed. • Total Accuracy: We ensure that the data powering scheduling, results routing, billing, and clinical decision support is accurate and current in perpetuity. From the first day of recruiting to the daily complexities of care coordination, Axuall ensures your clinicians are ready to practice precisely when and where they are needed most. • Recruiting leaders are expected to fill critical physician roles while competing with other health systems for the same candidates. The challenge is understanding their experience, affiliations, and career history quickly enough to move forward with confidence, not just about finding physicians. When recruiting teams have better visibility into the provider landscape, they can identify strong candidates earlier and focus their outreach more strategically. 🔗 Explore workforce intelligence for recruiting: https://bit.ly/491568w #physicianrecruitment #healthcareworkforce #healthcarestrategy

  • Provider data is often inconsistent across systems. When provider data falls out of sync, teams begin questioning the accuracy of the information they rely on for credentialing, directories, and operational reporting. Connecting provider data across systems helps ensure updates flow where they are needed and reduces the risk of outdated information circulating across the organization. 🔗 Learn how connected provider data improves healthcare operations: https://bit.ly/4eg01wF #healthit #datagovernance #healthcareoperations

  • Expanding access to behavioral healthcare starts with understanding where clinicians are available today and where gaps are emerging. For health systems, planning new services, supporting existing programs, and responding to community need all depend on visibility into the behavioral health workforce across markets. Workforce intelligence helps leaders make more informed decisions about how and where to grow access. 🔗 Explore workforce intelligence for healthcare recruiting: https://bit.ly/426TvRv #mentalhealthawarenessmonth #healthcareworkforce #healthcareleadership

  • Credentialing teams verify every detail before a provider can begin practicing. This work is essential for patient safety, but the process often depends on manual outreach and documentation. When verification becomes faster and more reliable, providers can begin seeing patients sooner, and credentialing teams spend less time chasing paperwork. That’s the impact health systems are seeing with Axuall Confirm. 🔗 Discover smarter credentialing workflows: https://bit.ly/4bVlmsu #credentialing #healthcareoperations #healthcarecompliance

  • The challenge is not only in recruiting physicians, but in identifying the right ones, which is becoming increasingly difficult. A recent Medscape survey found that 63% of physicians say their markets face a shortage of qualified applicants. For recruiting leaders, that pressure makes workforce visibility more important than ever. Understanding where physicians trained, where they practiced, and how their careers evolve across the healthcare ecosystem helps organizations identify strong candidates earlier. 🔗 Explore workforce intelligence for recruiting: https://bit.ly/4c104JT #physicianrecruitment #healthcareworkforce #healthcarestrategy
