This year alone we have reached full census in various buildings, earned American Heart Certification in more than half of our centers, deepened our renowned Nostalgia Park Memory Care Program, celebrated rich cultural programming that reflects the beautiful diversity of our residents, and continuously expand our AI-powered care technology helping shape the future of what we offer. But ask anyone on our team what they are most proud of and they will not lead with any of that. They will tell you about the resident who walked out of rehab on their own two feet. ✨ Rehab Success Story ✨ When Ms. Barnes was admitted to AristaCare at Greenbrook, she faced challenges with mobility, endurance, and balance. But with determination and the support of our dedicated rehabilitation team—her journey quickly became one of strength and progress. Through consistent effort and personalized care, Ms. Barnes made incredible strides. By the time of discharge, she was able to walk independently for household distances without an assistive device, safely navigate community distances with a front-wheeled walker, manage stairs, and complete her daily activities on her own. This is what it’s all about—restoring confidence, rebuilding independence, and helping our residents get back to living their lives. 🤍 We are so proud of Ms. Barnes and all that she accomplished. After 17 incredible years with AristaCare Health Services, our beloved Provi Finch has officially turned the page to her next chapter! 🎉 Provi dedicated nearly two decades to our Accounts Receivable Billing department, bringing expertise, dedication, and a whole lot of heart to everything she did. What made Provi truly exceptional was her ability to work seamlessly with teams across all of our buildings, a constant, reliable presence that everyone across our network came to know and appreciate.
