  • When a design concept is unclear, no amount of capital makes the experience feel intentional. A strong concept gives every decision somewhere to land, helping design, service, and programming work as one experience. Feasibility shows opportunity. Concept development defines what you do with it. You can't have one without the other.

  • Boots on and hats off to RiverSouth - Austin for a rodeo-themed tenant event done right! Custom hats from Longhorn Fashions, bites by Fibonacci, bourbon pours from High West Distillery, two-step lessons from Dancin' Austin, and western styling by Miss Purdy 's brought the rodeo spirit straight to the office. One of the perks of partnering with Arch: our network becomes yours. We bring the local vendors and creative talent who make tenant programming worth showing up for. That's the #ArchAdvantage.

Got unused space in your CRE building? Consider positioning it as a hub for private wellness experiences—and turn it into a valuable amenity for companies looking to support their teams. With just a few items from a spec suite, you can quickly bring the space to life. I recently organized an afternoon of private wellness events for a company wanting to offer something meaningful to their employees. We created a chair massage setup using a few tables and chairs, and Fadi brought in his personal massage chair to complete the experience. We also partnered with Mecca Elevated to host a private sound bath session in the group exercise studio. A few simple adjustments—pausing the music and minimizing noise from the fitness floor—helped create a calm, restorative environment. At AAG, we focus on making the most of what’s already available. Whether it’s activating underused space or collaborating with companies on wellness initiatives, a thoughtful approach can go a long way in enhancing the workplace experience. • Robotic massage has landed in Montgomery County, and Bethesda Magazine | Bethesda Today took notice. Arch's own Privai Spa + Salon at Pike & Rose was featured for its Aescape offering, where guests lie face down and use an interactive touch screen to dial in pressure and focus areas while robotic arms work the muscles. We're honored to be among three local businesses highlighted for incorporating new tech into hospitality. Take a look: https://lnkd.in/eRGNaFBA

  • Most of the conversation in amenities strategy centers on execution: how a space runs once it opens, how members engage with it over time, how the team performs day in and day out... But how can you answer those questions without knowing if your project will even work? You can't, which is why feasibility is imperative to operational success. By the time design begins, the strongest teams have already worked through four questions: → Where is the market oversupplied, and where is it genuinely underserved? → What will actually drive utilization? → What pricing holds up over the life of the asset? → What experience will still feel differentiated three to five years in? At Arch, before we talk programming, design, or operations, we pressure-test the fundamentals: market dynamics, demand drivers, pricing viability, and long-term differentiation. And that signature framework shapes every decision that follows.
