𝗡𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝟯𝟬𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗦𝗙 𝗼𝗳 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆. 𝗭𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗿𝘂𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. The Brooklyn Bedding expansion in #Glendale, #Arizona is complete, and that second number is the one we're most proud of. Expanding an active manufacturing facility means your client's business never stops. Every helicopter pick, every concrete pour, every systems tie-in has to be sequenced around a live production floor. The margin for disruption is razor-thin. What made this possible was the discipline of our project team: daily onsite coordination with plant operations, weekly OAC meetings to stay ahead of conflicts, and a scheduling approach built around the client's production calendar, not just our construction milestones. When we talk about client-centered delivery, this is what it looks like in practice. Proud to keep building in Arizona's growing industrial market alongside partners like Brydant Real Estate and Deutsch Architecture Group.

This morning we spent some time at the A.R. Mays Construction office running MEWP and forklift training with their team. Always great working with a group that genuinely values safety and puts in the effort to make sure their superintendents are set up for success out in the field. When companies invest in giving their teams the right tools and training, it makes a real difference on the job site. We appreciate the partnership and the shared commitment to doing things the right way. #SafetyFirst #ConstructionSafety #ForkliftTraining #MEWPtraining #WorkplaceSafety SAFIRST

𝟰𝟬 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴. 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘀𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻. In 1986, Adam Mays started a one-person construction company in Arizona. Four decades later, A.R. Mays Construction has grown into an employee-owned firm with more than 1,200 completed projects across 26 states, two offices in Scottsdale and Rancho Cucamonga, and one of the most experienced teams in the industry. As an ESOP company, every team member has a direct stake in our success, and that ownership mindset shows up in the quality of our work and the strength of our relationships. As Adam puts it: "We are in position to achieve more now than ever. We have in place the strongest, most experienced, dedicated leaders to accomplish whatever aspirations we put before ourselves." Cheers to four decades. Thank you to everyone who's been part of the journey!

Had a great time with the kids at Dayspring Preschool and Kindergarten getting a hands-on look at everything from classic cars to heavy equipment. Seeing them geared up in hardhats and vests, climbing into a backhoe never gets old. The best part? One kid came back to find me wearing the same PPE I gave him last year. He wanted to show me his new tool belt! Thank you to Todd Vaughan, Sunstate Equipment Co., LLC and A.R. Mays Construction for making it happen. Always good to invest time in the next generation.

An absolute perfect early Arizona morning for our first outing with our valued GC partner A.R. Mays Construction | Curtis Hill at Whirlwind Golf Club at Wild Horse Pass. The competition was fierce and the outcome came down to the final hole with Trevor Vollmer and I tied for low net score and Justin Isaacs and I tied for second on gross score. So, of course, I triple bogeyed to lose to Trevor and Justin. Curtis is a terrific partner especially when there are challenges to overcome and despite injuries and a long absence from the sticks, he showed his true capabilities on the back nine! All of us at MidPoint Technology Group congratulate AR Mays on their 40th Anniversary in business. We are glad to see how many projects they are winning in the valley and look forward to every opportunity to support them across the full stack of low voltage scopes — cabling, security, wireless, and audiovisual. PS: We all a little bit hate Trevor for shooting 79 💚

𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗸𝗲𝗽𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻. 𝗪𝗲 𝗸𝗲𝗽𝘁 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴. The Hilton Garden Inn expansion in #Chandler, AZ is now complete. At 39,000 SF, this was a new structure built onto a fully occupied, fully operational hotel. Guests on one side, construction on the other, zero disruptions. The expansion added 68 guest rooms, additional meeting space, a bridal suite, and expanded support facilities. Every crane pick, concrete pour, and fire alarm tie-in was coordinated around a live building. Complex fireproofing across wall systems and structural steel was worked through on-site with the architect, building department, and our Superintendent and PM teams. To maintain pace, the team preassembled wood-framed wall systems and ran assembly-line sequencing that kept trades stacked and moving. The finished product is seamless, matching every contour and finish so precisely you can't tell where the original ends and the expansion begins. We are proud to partner with HCW Development and RKAA Architects, Inc on this one.

We're topped out at Papago Sprouts! 🏗️🎉 Reaching this milestone is only possible because of the incredible trades who show up every day and do the work. Today, we paused to celebrate them! A well-earned lunch courtesy of our friends at Sunstate Equipment Co., LLC (thank you for firing up the grill!) plus a little extra excitement with a raffle. Our trade partners are the backbone of every project we build. None of this happens without you!
