  • Leaders from across India came together at our Pune roundtable, hosted in partnership with People Matters, to discuss the shift from AI experimentation to orchestration. 🤝 One insight stood out: Over 40% of workforce allocation decisions today are suboptimal. A clear signal that companies must move from reactive hiring to true workforce orchestration. As AI capabilities advance, the opportunity is not just to automate tasks, but to fundamentally rethink how workforce decisions are made.

  • Most AI conversations focus on what’s possible. This one focuses on what actually works. 💡 In Chennai, a group of senior HR and Talent leaders will gather for a candid discussion on a challenge more companies are facing quietly: Why does AI progress stall once pilots end? 🤔 This facilitated conversation will explore how leaders are re-designing work, decision making, and operating models so AI can move from experimentation into day to day workforce reality. The conversation will center on: • What changes when AI is treated as an operating model, not a toolset • How work intake and demand orchestration shape real adoption at scale • What HR and TA leaders must put in place to build trust, clarity, and accountability as AI becomes embedded You’ll hear from AGS leaders Shruthi Rao, Rachin N R, and Pankaj Gupta, sharing grounded perspectives from the front lines of workforce transformation. • In recent years, as the top states for job growth have shifted significantly from cities with high costs of living to more affordable regions, the talent market and wage rates have changed. 📈 With the increase of opportunities for remote jobs, workers relocated to cities with lower costs of living, and companies expanded their talent searches beyond their geographic borders. These shifts significantly drove the growth of talent in burgeoning markets such as Charlotte, North Carolina, and reduced growth trends in higher-cost labor markets, such as New York.
