She sees her impact in ensuring invoices are accurate, financial data is reliable, and teams have the information they need to support productive customer conversations. Her work also contributes to forecasting and cash management processes that are essential to the business. A strong advocate for #Accountability, Dawn believes taking ownership of both the details and outcomes of her work is critical to success. She values the collaborative environment within Finance and appreciates the department’s focus on teamwork, cross-training, and continuous improvement. Outside of work, Dawn enjoys reading historical novels, crafts, and searching estate sales for vintage vinyl records. Music is also a major part of her life.
