Today, Stage Entertainment announced that Arthur de Bok will step down as CEO after nine years of exemplary leadership. He will be succeeded by Roel de Vries as CEO effective 1 May 2026. Roel joins the Company from City Football Group (CFG) where he served as Group Chief Operating Officer overseeing CFG’s evolution from a football-centric entity to a diversified entertainment and hospitality business. Roel also brings over 25 years of experience at Nissan Motor Corporation where he held senior leadership positions in Europe, Asia and Africa. We thank Arthur who has been an excellent leader of this Company through some significant milestone achievements, including building a strong company and culture at Stage Entertainment as well as working together with our partners to delight and inspire audiences around Europe, on the West End and Broadway. Stage Entertainment is a leading global producer and theatre operator, attracting seven million people to its musicals each year. Stage Entertainment produces major musicals with international partners and develops and produces new musicals for international production. It owns and operates 16 significant venues across Europe.
