In one of our latest eLearning Unscripted episodes, we discussed with Justin Seeley from Adobe about unified learning solutions and why they’re becoming essential right now. We look at the trends pushing organizations toward consolidation and what’s really broken in today’s fragmented learning ecosystems. We also break down the features that actually matter when it comes to unifying creation, curation, and delivery, and what teams should be paying attention to when choosing platforms. • How do you build a culture of continuous learning across every role, every function, and every level of the organization? At Adobe Learning Summit 2026, Brandon Clark, Sandi Linden, Allen Partridge, Hitesh Bajaj will take you inside how Adobe has been building a culture of continuous innovation, from empowering individual contributors to scaling learning across the entire organisation. The panel covers everything from how experimentation becomes a daily habit across the organization, to the role technology plays in giving teams the tools to track and evolve their goals together. And because Adobe operates as its own customer zero, the insights they share have been tested in real conditions, at scale. Register now: https://lnkd.in/gSVkbmyE

  • If you asked 2,000 employees what good learning looks like to them, how close do you think their answers would be to what your L&D team is building right now? At Adobe Learning Summit 2026, Ben Eubanks will share fresh findings from the 2026 Corporate Learner Benchmark Study, conducted in partnership with Adobe. The research takes a hard look at how employees are learning today, what they find frustrating about corporate learning experiences, and where the biggest gaps between what organisations are offering and what learners are expecting are opening up. Join us at Adobe Learning Summit to hear the findings firsthand. Register now: https://lnkd.in/gSVkbmyE

  • Most L&D teams think they are ready for change. But are they really? At Adobe Learning Summit 2026, 🚀 Marc Steven Ramos 🚀 will put that assumption to the test. Join Marc as he will walk you through five attributes that most learning teams overlook when building and deploying new solutions. Drawing on current research and data, he will give you a practical lens to help you lead through uncertainty, sustain momentum, and build the trust your team needs to keep moving forward. Growth needs to be activated. Trust needs to be earned. 🇦🇺 And nothing does that better than face-to-face conversations in our VUCA world (or as Benjamin Morris says "BANI" world :)) While AI is amplifying capabilities faster than ever, one thing hasn't changed: business runs on trust and credibility. That's especially true for platforms that sit at the heart of how an organisation engages its employees, partners, and customers. Those decisions don't get made on a deck , they get made on conversations like the ones we had at the HR Leaders Forum in Sydney earlier this month. It was an honour to represent Adobe Learning Manager. A special thanks to Matt Kershaw for the thought-provoking insights. Equally valuable was the chance to connect with the broader Adobe ecosystem - the local teams , our partners and esteemed customers across Australia. These conversations reinforced an important truth we hear time and again: the real measure of learning impact isn’t dashboards or completion rates. It’s business outcomes. Faster partner ramp. Higher customer retention. Deeper product adoption. That’s the standard we hold ourselves to. If you're looking to make your learning and enablement experience as intuitive and polished as your commercial website -for employees, partners, and customers-let’s talk. Great few days at the HR Leaders Summit in Sydney last week representing Adobe Learning Manager alongside the team. It was wonderful interacting with HR and learning leaders across industries, understanding how organizations are approaching AI, employee experience, onboarding, and learning in the flow of work. The conversations at the booth and during demos made it clear how fast the learning landscape is evolving. Also had the opportunity to attend some insightful keynote sessions — especially Justin Seeley’s s session on how learning shapes the critical moments that drive employee performance and the growing role of AI in delivering more personalized, human-centered learning experiences. What I enjoyed most was the opportunity to connect with people from across the HR and learning community, exchange ideas, and hear different perspectives on the challenges organizations are solving today. Events like these truly highlight the value of collaboration and continuous learning. Adobe Learning Manager Justin Seeley Sameer Mishra Dwij Chatterjee Mohit Thakkar
