  • Most people will never see the moments that determine if a project stays on schedule. They won’t see the late Friday calls, the warehouse crews coming in over the weekend or the teams figuring out a solution before Monday morning arrives. One of our containment project sites in Denver encountered an unexpected carrier transit issue late on a Friday, when a shipment of panels was lost in transit with only about 36 hours left before a critical installation deadline. Waiting for a replacement shipment would have pushed the project behind schedule, so our West region Field Operations team jumped into action. Teams came in over the weekend, pulled material from our field warehouse and built the replacement panels themselves. By Saturday night, our crews had the material loaded into a rented U-Haul and were driving through the night to Denver so installation could continue on time.  A lot of the work our teams do happens quietly like that: adapting in real time, solving problems together and keeping our customers’ projects moving forward when the pressure is on.

  • Last week, Accelevation field teams marked Construction Safety Week with hands-on safety demonstrations and discussions focused on reinforcing safe work practices across active jobsites. What stood out most was the level of engagement from crews in the field. Teams leaned into meaningful conversations about communication and how to strengthen a culture of safety, all while continuing to execute work safely across our many fast-moving project sites throughout the country. Thank you to our field teams, safety professionals, leadership teams and our general contractor partners who supported these efforts. #ConstructionSafetyWeek #Safety

  • Dylan Lair almost left the welding industry entirely. After years in environments where ideas were constantly shut down, he stepped away from welding and took a job in packaging just to reset mentally. Then he found Accelevation. Today, Dylan has worked his way up to a Team Coach role in our welding operations, but what really changed wasn’t just the title, it was the environment around him. He found a culture where people are encouraged to speak up and grow into leadership in their own way. That kind of culture is important to us, because people do their best work when they feel respected, supported and trusted to make an impact alongside the team around them. #BuiltToGrowHere #Manufacturing #Leadership #Welding #Careers

  • This industry is smaller than people think. Reputation carries. When a project goes well, people remember. The way a team shows up? They remember that too. It’s something Darrell Reynolds, chief commercial officer at Accelevation, thinks about every day: “Customers are people. When you prove you’ll do what you say, that’s what builds the relationship.” That shows up in how our teams work across engineering, manufacturing and the field. It’s not about saying the right things. It’s about doing the work the right way, every time. That kind of accountability doesn't sit with one team. It shows up everywhere: – in how problems get solved  – in how our teams support each other  – in how work gets handed off and carried through That’s what customers see. And in a small industry, that’s what sticks. #AcceleInsight #VerticalIntegration #Leadership #Infrastructure

  • Today is National Skilled Trades Day, and it’s a good time to share more about something we’ve been building – The Accelevation Academy. As AI and advanced technologies continue to scale, the spotlight often lands on technology. But none of it exists without skilled tradespeople. That work is only becoming more important and more difficult to staff. The U.S. is short an estimated 500,000 skilled tradespeople each year. And the gap continues to grow.  That’s why we’re building the Accelevation Academy. Like many of the best ideas here, the Academy didn’t begin as a formal program. It started with a clear need, a strong founder vision from Michael Rubiera and Shawn Rubiera, and people on the floor stepping in to make a difference. The Academy is a structured, paid, in-house training program focused on building skills across welding, manufacturing, field installation and electrical.    The creation of the Accelevation Academy represents a fundamental commitment to both our people and our communities. These programs are designed not only to drive performance today, but to equip our employees with enduring skills that create value for a lifetime. Building what’s next doesn’t just come down to technology. It comes down to investing in the people who make it real.

  • What started as a production challenge turned into something bigger. We just launched the first mission-critical 1200A Remote Power Panel (RPP) on the market. It started on the floor, building RPPs every day. Across the industry, panels are typically tied to specific breakers, which can limit how they’re designed based on availability, preference, or site standards. Instead of working around it, our team solved it. They built a universal panel that allows multiple breaker brands in the same system. More flexibility to design around customer needs, fewer constraints, faster builds and the ability to deliver more power in the same footprint. That matters right now, because AI is changing how data centers are built. As compute density increases, every part of the infrastructure has to keep up, including how power is delivered inside the building. That’s where our work lives. Proud of the team behind this one. 👉 Learn more about the HD-RPP: https://lnkd.in/eGRBB4aW #Accelevation #Manufacturing #Engineering #PowerInfrastructure

  • What happens when engineering and manufacturing work side by side? At Accelevation, it’s one of the reasons we move faster and build more consistently. Recently, our engineering team spent time on the manufacturing floor in Miamisburg, Ohio, walking through how our containment systems are assembled alongside the team building them every day. When those teams are closely connected, ideas turn into improvements faster and designs evolve with a clear understanding of how they’ll be built, installed and scaled. Because we design, manufacture and install as one team, we’re able to: Move from design to production more efficiently. Build with greater consistency. Adapt quickly as requirements evolve. As demand for high-density, AI-driven infrastructure grows, speed and execution matter more than ever. The ability to design, build and install as one integrated system is what allows us to stay ahead. That’s what vertical integration looks like in practice. #VerticalIntegration #Infrastructure #Manufacturing #Engineering

  • At the end of the day, this business comes down to people. Jeremy Harrell, president of steel fabrication and integration, has spent decades building teams, learning on the floor and improving how work gets done. After founding and growing a high-performing steel fabrication business, he is now focused on how we continue to build the right way at Accelevation. A big part of that is modular builds and the work behind solutions like SkyBridge™. This approach shifts more work into controlled manufacturing environments and allows teams to build in parallel with site development, improving both speed and consistency. But for Jeremy, it always comes back to people. “When people feel valued and understood, they do better work.” That belief shapes how he leads, spending time on the floor, working alongside teams and sharing the kind of knowledge that only comes from experience. The systems matter, but the people building them are what make those systems work. #AcceleInsight #InsideTheBuild #Manufacturing #Leadership #DataCenters #ModularConstruction

  • At Data Center Dynamics Connect New York, one theme came up in nearly every conversation. The way infrastructure is being built for AI deployments is fundamentally different. Traditional data center build models where design, manufacturing and installation are handled by separate partners were not designed for the speed and scale AI environments now require. AI deployments are forcing a different approach. Customers are looking for infrastructure partners who can design with them, manufacture at scale and install without the friction of constant handoffs between vendors. That is the model we operate in every day. It is also what led us to develop SkyBridge™, our patent-pending fully integrated, prefabricated infrastructure platform designed for high density environments. AI workloads are reshaping how data centers are built. Power densities are rising, cooling architectures are shifting toward liquid systems and deployment timelines are accelerating. When those three forces combine, many legacy environments simply weren’t designed for the requirements. As a result, many operators are building purpose-designed infrastructure for high-density AI deployments. We are seeing that shift play out in real time. Instead of assembling infrastructure piece by piece on site, we deliver integrated systems that arrive ready to deploy. And behind all of it is power. No matter how power is generated, it still has to be delivered reliably inside the environment. That distribution layer is where performance ultimately shows up, and it is exactly where our teams operate. Our focus is simple. Build for where the industry is going.
