Exciting things are taking shape at Grand Blanc Academy! We’re proud to celebrate the groundbreaking for the school’s newest expansion project, which includes four new classrooms, a new parking lot, and an enhanced playground area for students to enjoy. These improvements will help support continued growth while creating an even better environment for learning, safety, and play. We’re excited to see this project come to life for the Grand Blanc Academy community!

Groundbreaking at South Bend International Airport! Abonmarche is proud to support the start of construction on the airport’s terminal access expansion project. This multi-million-dollar improvement will reconfigure the front drive to create dedicated lanes for commercial traffic and passenger pick-up/drop-off, improving efficiency and safety for travelers. As SBN continues to see record growth, this project will enhance both functionality and the overall arrival experience. Excited to help shape a smoother, more efficient gateway for the region!

Rob Nichols, Construction Services Director, and Mike Rozycki, Survey Group Director, recently spoke with students from St Thomas More Academy about career opportunities in surveying and construction services. The discussion highlighted the important role these services play in shaping communities and gave students insight into the wide range of opportunities available within the industry. We always appreciate the chance to connect with future professionals and share what we do at Abonmarche!

Congressman Tim Walberg and District Representative Lee Belding joined Abonmarche and community leaders in Southwest Michigan this week to discuss ongoing infrastructure, waterfront, and community development initiatives across the region. The visit included discussions surrounding major projects in the City of New Buffalo, regional collaboration efforts, and opportunities for continued investment in Southwest Michigan communities. We appreciate the opportunity to help advocate for projects that support long-term growth and community impact!

Abonmarche sponsored a table at the Toast to the Trails Fundraiser, in the beautiful Spohn Ballroom in Goshen, on the evening of May 7, 2026. The program for the evening highlighted the year’s accomplishments for the Pumpkinvine Trails Coalition, and offered opportunities, for the over 200 guests, to meaningfully support the future of the Pumpkinvine Trail Network!

Big congratulations to Stephen Fields on passing his PE exam! Earning a Professional Engineer license is a major accomplishment that reflects dedication, expertise, and a commitment to excellence in our industry.
