We just wrapped up an incredible week at the Summer 2025 NADA Convention, held at the beautiful Montage Palmetto Bluff in Bluffton, SC. Hosted by the National AAMCO Dealers Association (NADA), the event brought together the majority of our franchisees along with AAMCO leadership teams. The convention was a powerful reminder of what’s possible when dealers and departments align around shared goals, innovation, and the AAMCO Credo. • The event opened and closed with our Credo, grounding us in our core values of excellence, integrity, and teamwork. • We were honored to hear from Mike Ganjei, President of NADA whose leadership and vision continue to drive unity and progress across our franchise network. • Keynote speaker Joe Auriemma, CEO of Pep Boys inspired us with forward-thinking insights on the evolving landscape of automotive care. • Bruce E. Chidsey President of AAMCO Transmissions and Total Car Care, delivered the State of the Chain address. • Neil Sethi CEO of NexaMotion Group gave a powerful State of the Industry presentation. Throughout the week, we received updates from every area of the business—Operations, Marketing, IT, Franchise Development, National Accounts, Fleet, Tech Support, Training, Customer Relations, and Warranty—each reinforcing our collective commitment to: • Serving customers with excellence • Growing profitability • Embracing technology and AI • Strengthening brand awareness • Following the proven AAMCO process We extend our deepest gratitude to the NADA board and organizing team for curating such a meaningful and impactful event.
