Supporting mental health is not a once-a-year conversation at AAA Club Alliance. It is an ongoing commitment to our Associates and the whole person. Life and work are closely connected, and support should be accessible in every moment. That is why we focus on providing resources that are timely, confidential and easy to use. Through our Employee Assistance Program, Associates have access to short-term counseling, helpful resources and tools that empower leaders to show up with care, empathy and confidence. Mental well-being strengthens engagement, service and connection. When our Associates feel supported, they can be their authentic selves and bring their best each day. We continue to invest in resources, education and a culture that reinforces a simple belief. Our Associates are not alone. Support is always available when life happens.

During a recent visit to one of our AAA Club Alliance fleets, I had the opportunity to speak directly with the technicians who serve our Members every day. Hearing their stories and seeing their commitment firsthand was a powerful reminder of the pride they take in their work and the risks they face to deliver help when it matters most. At AAA Club Alliance, we remain committed to providing exceptional, reliable service to our Members when they need us. That commitment also means using our voice to help protect the people who show up on the roadside every day to protect others. When you see flashing lights, hazard lights, flares or emergency signs, take two simple actions that save lives: Slow Down and Move Over. It’s the law, but more importantly, it’s one of the easiest ways to help ensure these hardworking men and women make it home safely.
