Matthew Reppert has joined 4M Building Solutions as Director of Business Development covering Ohio. We couldn't be more pleased. A northeast Ohio native now based in Dublin, Matthew brings 25+ years of experience in the commercial landscape industry, a BS in Turf and Agronomy from The Ohio State University, and deep roots in the Columbus market. He's held roles in field operations, sales, and sales management, and along the way has built genuine relationships with property managers and facility teams across Ohio. At 4M, he's putting that network and experience to work connecting Ohio businesses with the commercial cleaning and janitorial services they need. Outside of work, Matthew is a proud sports dad to two sons — Peyton, 18, a three-year varsity lacrosse starter heading to Ohio University in the fall, and Kai, 15, a high school quarterback. If he's not on the sidelines cheering them on, you might find him on the trails riding gravel bikes or pedaling in Pelotonia to support cancer research.
