Grateful for the opportunity to spend two days with the Sierra County, New Mexico leadership team exploring the power of CliftonStrengths in their work and leadership. What stood out most was the level of engagement and openness in the room. Leaders leaned in—sharing perspectives, learning from one another, and making meaningful connections between their strengths and how they show up personally and professionally. It was especially meaningful to hear in their feedback how much they valued the interactive discussions and time to connect with one another. Many shared that gaining clarity on their own strengths—and learning how to better understand and work with their colleagues—was one of the most valuable parts of the experience.
