    We just had our best record breaking quarter ever! Katie Nocerino and her team did it again! 244% of quota on the street!!! 130% of our very aggressive number for the Q! Consistent predictable growth: nearly doubling ARR Q over Q for the last 7 Q’s! No blips. This sales team is nothing short of remarkable. Watching them execute is pure joy. And half the team was still ramping. I can only imagine what's next with a fully ramped team! Thank you Katie for all you do! I can’t imagine doing this with anyone else! April 29th we had the largest day of sales in company history. On April 30th, April 29th's number was already history. And here's what's even more exciting…we are on the board in Q2 in a big way already! Half of our reps were ramping and ALL are on the board with big numbers. 100% of the reps over-achieved Quota! We DOUBLED our ACV, from very good to GREAT! + Many are multi-year deals. And my favorite: I was on not 1, not 2, but 3 calls with C-level execs this week who reached out ONLY to tell me how wildly impressed they were with our sales team.   • What do you do when you have an amazing and dynamic Chief Customer Officer who is leading the charge with AI and what is possible with revenue teams? You send her out to talk to others... Over 100 CS professionals stayed late in a NY meeting room to talk about what the next generation of Customer Success looks like – learning from AI-native company leaders. This week's NYC Customer Success Meetup addressed the growing realization that yesterday’s playbook is out of date and making things worse. Our very own Bridget Shea was there and shared her brilliance around where our expertise adds value, even in the AI-native world. At 1mind, we have been asking the customer what they wanted, not where they needed to get to. Her team stopped having the customer to design the solution and instead focused on owning their outcome to then use their expertise to design the right solution for them. They cut onboarding from 4.5 months to 4 weeks. Now that is how you make an impact. We are so proud and honored to have you leading our Customer organization leading both humans and superhumans to create the idea customer and buyer experience.

    We just got to do something really special with Salesloft at their SalesLove event. And by "we" I mean Mónica Cottrell and Liz Madsen walked onto that stage and absolutely lit it up. The presentation was about the future of go-to-market in an AI-first world. We're talking about how the entire buyer journey is filled with friction right now. Scheduling calls just to schedule more calls. Getting passed from a BDR to an AE to an SE just to get an answer to a simple question. Buyers are fatigued. They want control. They want accuracy. They want empathy on the first conversation. And most GTM teams are still running a 2018 playbook and handing out ChatGPT licenses hoping something transforms. Spoiler: that's not transformation. Transformation is rethinking the system. Mapping the friction your buyers actually experience. Mapping the internal friction your own team is drowning in. Then asking yourself the hard question: what would this look like if we designed it around the buyer's outcome and not the seller's workflow? That's what Mónica and Liz brought to life on stage. Real frameworks. Real customer results. Real examples of what happens when you give AI a seat at the table across the entire customer lifecycle. And the audience felt it. The energy in the room was something else. Conversations kept going long after the session ended. And now the rest of the Salesloft team is genuinely lobbying to put these two on a full speaking tour. Mónica, Liz. You two showed the world what 1mind is about. The vision. The conviction. The receipts. We are so proud of both of you. Massive thank you to the Salesloft team for inviting us in and creating such a phenomenal event.     Our CEO’s negotiating tactics are quite unique

    I just redefined “Do whatever it takes (within reason) to get the deal done! I didn’t sell my soul. Or give away my first born. But I did give away one of my paintings. When I stepped down at 6sense I had a lot of energy to release. Lets just leave it at that. Some turn to drugs or alcohol and I turned to a paint brush and canvas. I had not painted since high school. My mom always wanted me to be an artist. But probably because she wanted that, I had to rebel. And never took it up. But somehow my soul told me I needed to buy 15 HUGE canvass and 40 bottles of paint and release my emotions. I would paint before and after work and weekends… and if I’m being honest I painted through the transition. I’d be on zoom calls, turn the camera off and paint while negotiating deals for 6sense. I found myself paining women's faces and women's bodies. I guess I had to release some feminine energy.. no clue! But now 5 years later, I have 15 of these pieces in corners of my house. 4 of them in my office and make for great opening Zoom small talk. That and my dog-sized Main Coon cats. I am a dog person with 3 cats. I’ll share that story another day. When negotiating the Drift /Salesloft deal , Steve Cox said “please put one of your painting in the the contract and you have yourself a deal." He wasn’t kidding. So I part ways with this beauty this week. Whatever it takes! And glad it is going to a good home. :)
