About the Tech Central Innovation Hub
Located at 477 Pitt Street, the Tech Central Innovation Hub (TCIH) is a home for innovation intensive businesses seeking networks, resources and expertise to grow.
With 8,000 square metres spread over six floors, the TCIH offers a mix of accommodation, catering to startups and scaleups at every stage. It features flexible workspaces, event areas and tailored support services. Regional and international founders can also benefit from dedicated landing pads.
TCIH sits alongside leading innovation organisations like UTS Startups, Haymarket HQ, Cicada Innovations, Tank Stream Labs and Sydney Knowledge Hub (USYD), offering a powerful network of collaboration, expertise and opportunity
For startups: Flexible co-working memberships (1 day/week, 3 days/week, or full-time), dedicated desks, and private offices suit solo founders or small teams. Members gain access to mentors, business programs, and valuable ecosystem connections.
For scaleups: Office suites designed for growing teams, professional services, and targeted networking events are all available in the heart of the Tech Central precinct.
The hub operates as the ‘front door’ to the Tech Central innovation ecosystem, connecting members to a powerful network of collaborators and opportunities, all just five minutes from Central Station.

TCIH is operated by Stone & Chalk. Stone & Chalk offer affordable memberships, flexible co-working options, event facilities and tailored spaces that can be used daily, a few days a week, or full-time to match diverse team needs.
International Landing Pad
Are you an international business looking to expand your operations in NSW? If your business aligns with the current NSW Industry Policy and you can demonstrate clear economic, social or environmental benefits to the state, you may be eligible to use the International Landing Pad.
The International Landing Pad offers international businesses up to 4 months membership of the TCIH, operated by Stone & Chalk.
