    Our sustainability certificates are a great way to calculate the environmental benefits of using our reusable equipment. They are a unique and free service available to you which uses independent, peer-reviewed Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) to measure the avoided greenhouse gas emissions, waste to landfill and water saved by using our timber pallets and reusable plastic containers.

    Pooling is a share and reuse model based on the principles of the circular economy, where pallets, containers, crates, and other equipment such as beverage trays are shared and reused within a network of producers, retailers and other receiving locations, transporters, and service centres. When you become part of a pooling network you do not buy or swap the equipment, but you rent them and CHEP supports with equipment management. 

  • Who owns blue pallets? Brambles or CHEP?
