Use `#!`, not `!#`, for the shebang.

Problematic code:

!#/bin/sh
echo "Hello World"

Correct code:

#!/bin/sh
echo "Hello World"

Rationale:

The shebang has been accidentally swapped. The # should come first: #!, not !#.
