It's okay I suppose, though I still prefer the verbosity of 'array.length -1'. 'last()' would have been more readable friendly, especially for newcommers.

That's great, I guess you can use it whenever you want, but Array.prototype.reverse looks much more appropriate.

Array reverse mutates the original array, and, I speaking of performance, don’t think it’s Great to always reverse it when you just want to select the last element
