Feature improvement: added colorama to World Covid Stats file

In case of Windows, below line doesn't show up in bold.
print("\033[1m" + "COVID-19 Status of the World" + "\033[0m\n")
rather as:
?[1m COVID-19 Status of the World ?[0m

Using 'colorama' package, I enabled the same, without impacting any existing features.
Tested successfully on both :- Windows and Linux.

I explicitly trigerred the build on travis-ci.org for my request. So 3rd point is fine now.
I don't have idea about 'pre-commit' issue. What exactly should I do to resolve/fix it?
