We’re extremely proud to be expanding our partnership with Applied Digital, supporting delivery across two new AI Factory campuses in North Dakota. With 450MW across three hyperscale buildings now underway, this brings the total capacity supported by XYZ Reality across Applied Digital’s North Dakota portfolio to 600MW - and growing. As Brad Barton, VP of Construction at Applied Digital, says: “XYZ is an enabling service for our general contractor partners and project teams.
