SoBe Burger Shepherds Bush – four weeks in. Queues down the street on launch day, a DJ, a live artist, and an opening that set the tone for everything that's followed. A month on and the site is going from strength to strength. We couldn't be prouder of what the team have built there. This marks the second SoBe for our franchisee Mehdi, who opened SoBe Burger Sheen in 2024. Two sites, one operator and both flying. If you're interested in bringing SoBe Burger to your area, drop us a message or visit the link in our bio. #SoBeBurger #ShepherdsBush #Sessions #Franchising

  • Our founder Dan Warne sat down with Forbes to talk about what we're building at Sessions, and why the restaurant industry is ready for a new model. From his time as Deliveroo's UK MD through to building a platform that's now scaled to £65m+ in sales across 400+ partner kitchens, the piece covers the full journey. • We’re proud to share that Sessions has been ranked #65 on the Sifted 100: UK & Ireland Leaderboard 2026, recognising the 100 fastest-growing startups in the region. It’s great to be recognised alongside some of the region’s most exciting and fast-growing companies. This milestone reflects the huge amount of work from our team as we continue building the operating model for the future of restaurants. What makes this even more special is that this is the second year in a row Sessions has appeared in a Sifted growth ranking. A big thank you to everyone across the Sessions team and our partners who are helping make it happen. 🚀 #SiftedLeaderboards #Sifted100

  • 🚀 Speed to Market at Scale: Inside Sessions’ Brand Menu Manager In a multi-brand hospitality world, the menu isn’t just a list of items - it’s your fastest lever for growth. Launching new dishes, reacting to trends, testing pricing, or rolling out seasonal moments across Deliveroo, Uber Eats, and Just Eat should take minutes, not weeks. But at scale, menu management often becomes the bottleneck. At Sessions, we built our proprietary Brand Menu Manager to remove that friction entirely. This isn’t a static database. It’s a dynamic engine designed for speed: ⚡ Launch at the Speed of Culture New dishes, LTOs, pricing changes, or brand experiments can be deployed across every platform and location in seconds - not via manual uploads, spreadsheets, or platform-by-platform updates. 🔄 Built for Constant Change Our menus are designed to evolve. The Brand Menu Manager enables rapid iteration, testing, and optimisation without operational drag - allowing brands to stay relevant, responsive, and competitive. 🎯 Consistency Without Compromise Even at high velocity, brand standards never slip. Pricing, descriptions, imagery, and structure remain perfectly aligned across every channel, every time. 👀 Full Visibility, Instantly Real-time status and deployment history mean total confidence. We always know what’s live, where, and since when - no guesswork, no delays. By removing menu friction, we unlock what matters most: faster innovation, better brands, and stronger unit economics. We’re not just building food brands -  we’re building the infrastructure that lets them move at digital speed.

  • Although we are already halfway through February, we’ve taken a moment to reflect on what was a standout year for Sessions. 2025 was the year we turned performance into scale. Behind the scenes: 📦 Nearly doubled orders vs. the prior year 📈 Reached profitability ⭐ Maintained quality at scale 🏬 Expanded SoBe Burger into 15 physical locations 🌍 Launched the first of many more Ivan Ramen sites 🍔 Hawkins Diner (in partnership with Netflix) achieved 30,000 orders in its first month 🚀 Delivered our fastest-ever multi-site rollout with Mikos Gyros, enabled by our tech platform 🧠 Automated all menu, pricing and upsell optimisation through our technology 🤝 Signed some of the most exciting new brand partners (more soon) We’re not just launching brands. We’re building the infrastructure that makes them scale. 2026: more automation. More performance. More brands built to last.

🏆 One of our brands is heading to the finals… and it’s a big one. We’re proud to share that SoBe Burger has been named a National Burger Awards 2026 finalist. To be recognised by an expert industry panel alongside some of the best burger brands in the UK is a huge moment for our key brand. A few things we love about SoBe Burger: 🍔 Originally launched in 2018 and scaled to 200 locations after partnering with Sessions 📈 One of our rapidly scaled concepts across delivery platforms and franchise stores 🔥 Known for our indulgent smash burgers and innovative flavours 🔁 Built a loyal fanbase, having sold 1.7M burgers in 2025 From rapid growth to national recognition, it’s been an incredible journey and this is just the beginning. Massive credit to the teams, partners and operators behind the scenes making it happen every day. Finals, we’re ready. 💪

  • This article from our CEO, Dan Warne, explains what Sessions does and why we exist. In his own words. From the early days to what we’re building now, it sets out the problem we set out to solve: how great restaurant brands can scale beyond a single site and reach customers nationwide, without the traditional barriers of bricks, mortar and capital. Restaurant expansion is hard. Sessions makes it easy. Through our network of 400+ delivery kitchens and high street restaurants, we give brands the systems, support and distribution to scale from local heroes to national icons in months, not years. If you’ve ever wanted a clear explanation of Sessions and the opportunity we’re building for the industry, this is the place to start. Read the full piece here: https://lnkd.in/e4DYH88A

  • 🚀 Big news for Sessions - we’ve been ranked #14 in The Sunday Times 100 Tech, recognising Britain’s fastest-growing private technology companies. A huge thank you to our partners, customers, investors, and the incredible Sessions team for supporting the journey so far. At Sessions, we turn loved food brands into national franchises, giving them enormous reach beyond the walls of the restaurant. Combining our technology platform with 400+ delivery kitchens gives us unprecedented speed of distribution, unlocking the full potential of the outstanding brands we partner with. Over the past year, we’ve simplified Sessions - making focused decisions, cutting complexity, and getting clearer on what we do, why we exist, and how we win. Our mission is simple: Sessions is building the operating model for the future of restaurants, giving consumers instant access to the brands they love, wherever they live.

  • At Sessions, we like to keep things simple. But that’s not easy given the nature of our business.  We operate 13 world-class brands across almost 400 kitchens, from Aberdeen to Plymouth.  This means handling significant complexity, from differing customer expectations, nuanced supply chains and intricate technology requirements. But our partners don’t need to see that complexity.  Our job is to take it on ourselves and pass on solutions that are clear, consistent, and easy to work with. Here’s how we help create great customer outcomes: 🍴Keeping menu operations simple We believe great hospitality starts with menus that are easy to execute.  Behind the scenes, we’ve built a sophisticated network of trusted external suppliers that allows us to take on complexity centrally – so our partners don’t have to. By designing simple, consistent menu operations, we make it easier for partners to deliver quality at scale, without unnecessary complexity getting in the way.  In 2025, we created our first ever central production kitchen to support the launch of @Ivan Ramen. This allows us to take out the labour-intensive prep items out of our partners’ kitchens, like hours spent confiting garlic to produce Ivan Ramen’s iconic burned garlic mayo – we ensure consistent quality and a smoother day-to-day operation, every time. 🍴Making it easy for customers to order We’re just as focussed on simplicity for our customers. Clear menus, intuitive ordering journeys, and well-structured promotions help people decide faster and order with confidence.  Our Growth team obsess over making this process as frictionless as possible and this year, after hundreds of A/B tests, found the perfect promotion strategies to optimise discovery and conversion across our menus. 🍴Building technology that works for partners Technology sits at the heart of Sessions, but always with one goal: to make life easier for our partners.  We build our tech solutions ourselves,  tools that solve real problems, reduce manual work, and support better decision-making, and which are simple to use. Sessions Serve, our operating system for partners, gives a clear view of how they’re performing and where they can improve to maximise their profitability.  From menus to our technology, we handle large amounts of complexity behind the scenes and filter it. That’s how we ensure partners have the time to focus on what matters most: delivering great food and great experiences… simple!

At Sessions, we partner with Netflix to bring its most iconic shows to life through food. Following the launch of Squid Game as the first brand in our partnership, this week we're proud to introduce our second: Hawkins Diner. Created to mark the finale of Stranger Things - one of Netflix's most successful and awarded series - Hawkins Diner is designed to extend the world of the show beyond the screen. Stranger Things has always inspired deep cultural engagement, with fans building communities, theories and conversations that shape how the series is discovered and celebrated. Hawkins Diner is our way of enhancing that fan experience through food - creating a brand that feels immersed in the world of the show, while designed for how people eat today. We created Hawkins Diner from the ground up, developing a complete brand and menu before launching it nationwide across more than 100 Sessions kitchens on the 15th December, exclusively available on Deliveroo. This is what the Sessions platform is built to do: turn cultural moments into scalable food experiences and meet audiences where they already are. Huge thanks to the team who made this possible, led by Lida Ghanadian and Catherine Ainsley. Anna Higgins and David Nobre on brand development and Jordan Moore and Jenny Wise on menu development.
