    ‘China Speed’ is setting a new benchmark for pace in consumer goods. In a recent conversation with SEMAFOR, our CEO Kris Licht shared how the pace of change in China, driven by the rapid rise of social commerce, is reshaping how Reckitt operates. We estimate that around 800 million consumers in China now spend an average of 1.5 hours a day on TikTok, while social and ecommerce account for roughly 80% of our sales in the market. Consumer journeys are shorter, feedback is immediate, and winning depends on fast decision‑making and empowered local teams. This shift has required a move away from slower, linear ways of working. Teams are now testing, learning, and scaling in real time, with clearer ownership and faster reallocation of resources. The objective isn’t speed for its own sake, but disciplined execution focused on outcomes. These lessons extend well beyond China. The same principles are guiding how we approach digital transformation and AI across Reckitt, helping us increase productivity and move with greater agility. As Kris notes in Semafor, China offers a clear view of where global consumer markets are heading.     At Reckitt, we’ve seen first‑hand how influencer marketing can drive meaningful behaviour change at scale. Our Dettol team in India partnered with trusted health experts and well‑known celebrities to launch the #HandWashChallenge, raising awareness of the importance of hand hygiene. What started with high‑profile voices quickly grew with mid‑size creators and everyday people joining in, ultimately generating 75 million videos nationwide. While influencer marketing can be more complex to measure than traditional media, our experience shows that when it’s done well, it can deliver two to three times the ROI of TV or print.     Reckitt’s Q1 Results, announced today, show we delivered growth in a challenging environment. Our full year outlook remains unchanged. • We grew Core Reckitt Q1 like-for-like (LFL) net revenue by +1.3% in a challenging environment; excluding seasonal OTC, we grew +3.1%. • Emerging Markets delivered high-single digit LFL net revenue growth of +7.6% with double digit growth in China and India. • Innovation continues to support long‑term growth, with launches across all categories this quarter, including Dettol’s Activ Botany range now live across European markets, upgrades and extensions to the Durex Intensity range and upgrades to Finish premium formats and formulations. • We are driving continued momentum across our North America non-seasonal portfolio and are taking actions to improve our execution in Europe. • We expect continued strong performance in Emerging Markets, with China achieving its 11th consecutive quarter of double digit growth and India’s growth accelerating. • We are maintaining our FY 2026 Core Reckitt LFL net revenue guidance of +4% to +5%.     Water is one of our most precious resources, yet freshwater ecosystems around the world are at breaking point. Together, Reckitt and WWF-UK are working to protect and restore water systems that people, communities and businesses depend on. Through our partnership, we have already replenished 2.1 billion litres of water across India, Brazil, Pakistan, Mexico and South Africa, while restoring 12,500 hectares of vital land. In the past 18 months alone, our conservation and stewardship activities have reached over 84,500 people. For us at Reckitt, water stewardship is a strategic priority, critical not only to our operational resilience and long‑term growth, but to the wellbeing of the communities we serve. To truly understand this crisis, a group of Reckitt employees and partners recently embarked on the Journey of Water in South Africa. Walking the path from mountain springs to local taps, they saw first-hand how nature-based solutions protect the catchments that sustain us all.
