The relationships we hold within the market are critical to our success, and some of the most integral or biggest statement hires we've facilitated involve executive profiles that we've been in touch with for years. That's the difference between a CV shop and a true search partner that brings value - one who knows the market, knows the talent, and can advise your business on what it really needs to grow, in a time-efficient manner. Receiving recognition like this is a reminder of exactly why we do what we do. If additions to the team are on your mind, or you're looking to make your next move yourself - it's worth us talking.

A superb day in London catching up with clients on Q2 plans and beyond - alongside plans finalised to spend time in NYC with the leading AI & Cloud platform player globally right now, as they look to expand their footprint in life sciences. The biggest names in life science software trust QP Group for traditional executive search - but also way more. This year, we launched our 𝐆𝐓𝐌 offering with nference - we now support multiple clients with an outsourced Life Science & Pharma GTM function. If your business targets Director, VP or C-suite decision makers from the leading pharma & life science players (Top 20 Pharma, MedTech, Life Science Conglomerates), let's chat. I'll be in 𝐍𝐘𝐂 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟏𝐬𝐭 - 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟓𝐭𝐡 and would love to tie in meetings to discuss this, or our traditional search offerings. Reach out to discuss; ___________________ 𝐄: jack@qpexec.com 𝐌: +44 7751 711337 𝐖: www.qpexec.com

Huge congratulations to Tom Brennan who made his first placement at QP group this past week. The placement began with the client struggling to find talent for a niche position in a tough location. It took Tom 3 weeks from first contact with the client to filling the role. Tom has now fully onboarded the client and has multiple roles in the MEP & Data Centre sectors. Lots more to come!

Grateful for this recommendation from Scott Brady - and it highlights something that doesn't get talked about enough in recruitment. The HDPE pipe industry may only represent a small part of large-scale infrastructure, but anyone in it knows how specialised, relationship-driven, and technically demanding it really is. That’s why working with a true specialist recruiter makes a difference. Whether it’s operations, engineering, technical support, or commercial roles - success in this space requires more than just a resume match. It requires an understanding of materials, applications, project lifecycles, and the reputation-driven nature of the industry itself. Too often, companies rely on generalist recruiters who don’t fully grasp: • Technical demands of HDPE applications and their impact on hiring • Strong industry networks that unlock passive, high-quality talent • Reputation and credibility in a tight-knit market • Cultural and operational fit in specialised manufacturing • Hiring for long-term growth, not just immediate need The result? Missed hires, wasted time, and opportunities that don’t quite land. When you work with a specialist, you’re not just filling a role - you’re bringing in people who can genuinely contribute from day one and help move the industry forward. Proud to support a sector that plays a critical role in infrastructure, even if it often flies under the radar. #HDPE #executivesearch

𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡: 5 𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 Following on from hosting the first Women Leading Digital Health roundtable last week, I’ve been reflecting on the leaders not just building in digital health - but actively shaping how it’s being adopted and scaled. A few who stand out: 1. Ashley McEvoy – CEO, Insulet Corporation Leads one of the most scaled diabetes technology businesses globally, with experience running multi-billion-dollar MedTech organisations. Now driving the convergence of devices, software, and data into more integrated, patient-centric care models. 2. Sunita Mishra MD, MBA – Chief Medical Officer, Neko Health Recently stepped into the CMO role as Neko enters its next phase of growth and US expansion. Brings a strong blend of clinical leadership and Amazon Health experience to shape prevention-first, technology-enabled care models. 3. Jieun Choe – Chief Operating Officer, Viz.ai Oversees product, marketing, and operations at one of the leading clinical AI platforms in acute care. Focused on turning AI innovation into real-world adoption across health systems, particularly in time-critical environments. 4. Melissa Morris – CEO & Founder, Lantum Founded a platform now used widely across the NHS to address workforce and staffing challenges. Built around real operational need, helping health systems manage capacity, reduce cost, and improve access to care. 5. Vineeta Agarwala, MD PhD – General Partner, Andreessen Horowitz Invests across AI-enabled healthcare, care delivery, and next-generation health platforms. Influences how the market evolves - from which problems get funded to how new models of care are built and scaled. What connects all 5? Leaders who are not just part of the digital health conversation, but shaping how it actually works in practice - across clinical care, operations, and market adoption. Would love to hear who else should be on the radar. #DigitalHealth #HealthTech #WomenInHealthTech #AIinHealthcare #DigitalHealthLeadersToWatch

On Thursday, we brought together our Leeds and Manchester offices for our half year presentation - starting with a short recap of the groups progress since September, before heading out in Manchester for some well earned celebrations. From drinks to Flight Club to an incredible meal in Cut & Craft. The highlight? Exceeding well over our revenue target across both offices. Even more impressive when you consider this was achieved from a true standing start. - Manchester launched in September 2025. - Leeds launched in January 2026. A huge part of this success has been down to the relentless standards set by consultants in both locations, and the clients and candidates we have partnered with so far. We've now got a clear plan and direction set for the next half of the year, and with the foundations in place, we're in a strong position to go even further and exceed our stretch targets. Proud of what's been built in such a short space of time, and even more excited about what's ahead. Huge credit to everyone involved. QP Group

H2 of Y1 for QP Group is shaping up to be an exciting one - with a significant portion spent based in 𝐀𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧, 𝐓𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐬 this summer, enabling travel across the US to meet our North American clients face-to-face. With the majority of our client base already stateside, and plans firming up early, we’re looking forward to connecting with both existing partners and new businesses as we continue to double down on our largest market. If you’re open to meeting F2F at any point across 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞, 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭, drop me a note - whilst we'll be using Austin as the base, I'll be spending spells in Boston, SF, North Carolina, NYC, and NJ, so can plan accordingly. _________________ 𝐄: jack@qpexec.com 𝐌: +44 7751 711337 𝐖: www.qpexec.com
