This week we marked a milestone for Peter Kay, Senior Graphic Designer, recognising two decades of contribution to the business. Peter joined in 2006, drawn by a simple advert that mentioned motorsport and Banbury. Since then, his work has become part of the fabric of Prodrive, shaping and protecting our brand, and those of our clients, across everything we produce. At Prodrive, standards matter. Precision, consistency, and attention to detail sit behind every project, whatever the discipline. Peter’s approach is measured, thoughtful, and delivered with a quiet yet firm focus on getting it right. From day-to-day communications to consulting on our recent ‘40 Years of Success’ book, his influence sits behind almost every area of the business. He is known for being reliable and collaborative, and for taking real pride in the quality of what he delivers. To mark the occasion, Chairman David Richards presented Peter with a framed memento, capturing just a small part of the work he has contributed over the past two decades. A significant milestone and a standard that reflects what Prodrive stands for. #PerformanceUnlimited #ProdrivePeople

Each Prodrive Folding Bike is assembled, checked, and packed by hand here in our Banbury workshop before it makes its way to its new owner. Today, that responsibility sits with Alex. Being hands-on is a deliberate choice. Taking the time to get things right, before anything leaves the factory, is part of how we work across every programme. And because no two rides are the same, neither are the bikes. Each one begins with the rider’s choices, from specification through to accessories, then comes together on the bench, built to match. Not everything in a modern machine shop needs to be replaced. Some of the most precise work we do still depends on machines that haven’t changed in decades, and the people who know exactly when to use them. Behind every component that leaves our shop is that judgement. #ProdrivePeople Alongside advanced 5-axis CNC technology, the lathe continues to earn its place, chosen not out of habit, but because in the right hands, it delivers exactly what the job demands. From multi-axis machining to hands-on processes, performance is not defined by the newest tool on the floor, but by how and when each one is used. If you want to be part of the team making those calls every day, explore go.prodrive.com/Careers #WorkshopWednesdsay #PerformanceUnlimited

Hypercars live in the margins. When aero loads are immense, and systems must react in fractions of a second, the driver is relying on complete consistency. That is why quality control is not a tick box for us; it is the standard that runs through everything we build. It is the care in every check, and the discipline to treat every system as if it has to be perfect, because it does. #WorkshopWednesday #ActiveAero #aerodynamics #PerformanceUnlimited

Dakar 2027 has been revealed, and it reads like a statement of intent. At 5,320 km of special stages, it’s the longest competitive distance since the rally moved to Saudi Arabia. Add in a bigger spread of terrain, and it feels like the organisers have deliberately set a more demanding test, one that will reward teams who can adapt day after day. What stands out most to us is how the rally could pivot late. With two marathon stages, including a second marathon across stages 11 and 12, there’s every chance the outcome is decided there, especially with only a short stage 13 to bring it home. We cannot wait to take on the challenge alongside our customer teams when Dakar 2027 starts on 1 January. Watch the presentation replay here: https://lnkd.in/eC3pwrVN #Dakar2027 #DakarInSaudi

Today we welcomed a group from the BOWRA Foundation to Prodrive. They joined us for a full tour of our Banbury headquarters, seeing the breadth of what sits behind our Motorsport and Advanced Technology work, from the areas where race and rally cars are designed and prepared, to the specialist facilities that support them, including fabrication, electrical and harness, machining, car assembly, and our Powertrain Development Centre. It was a pleasure to host the group, and to support a charity that helps people find purpose again through shared experiences and supportive friendships. 𝗢𝗪𝗡 𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗔 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗦 Programmes don’t succeed by accident. They succeed because someone is driving them forward. Every step, every decision, every supplier. From first concept to final build, there’s no room for drift. You align teams. You challenge assumptions. You keep suppliers honest. And on schedule. Because when time is tight, and complexity grows, clarity matters more than ever. Lead the strategy. Control the risk. Deliver the result. This isn’t about managing procurement. It’s about owning performance. Start your application here: https://lnkd.in/evCmgiC3 #PerformanceUnlimited #Procurement #SupplyChain

𝗗𝗘𝗧𝗔𝗜𝗟𝗦 𝗠𝗔𝗞𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗗𝗜𝗙𝗙𝗘𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘 It’s easy to focus on the big picture. The headline numbers. The finished product. But performance lives in the details. A lead time pulled in. A cost negotiated down. A delivery that lands exactly when it should. Do that once, it’s good. Do it every time, it’s exceptional. If you’ve worked in automotive, you already know: pressure is constant, and precision matters. So take ownership. Stay sharp. Keep things moving. Because every small decision builds something bigger. Events like Scramble at Bicester Motion are a reminder of what makes the automotive industry special. Yes, there is plenty to see. Incredible cars, meaningful history, engineering at its limits. But what really stands out is the coming together of people who care deeply about cars, motorsport, and the stories behind them. It was a pleasure to listen in as Dan Prosser and Andrew Frankel from The Intercooler sat down with Prodrive Chairman David Richards for an open, thoughtful conversation about competition, longevity, and the ideas that shape a lifetime in the industry. With a backdrop of David's World Rally Championship‑winning Ford Escort Mk II just outside the building and, elsewhere on site, the Honda BAR 006 Formula 1 car from Prodrive's Heritage Collection, we were proud to help draw people in for a closer look. Moments like this are why gatherings such as the Scramble matter. They create space for conversations, connections, and a sense of community that cuts across generations of cars and careers. Thanks to Scramble, Bicester Motion, The Intercooler, and everyone who came along and contributed to another memorable Sunday. #wearescramblers #AutomotiveIndustry #AutomotiveCommunity
