NOVO helped turn Sports Tours’ new head office into a workplace built for performance.   Working alongside Domis Construction, Matic Building Services and Casana Interiors, NOVO helped deliver the new Warrington workspace in just 14 weeks, transforming a shell space into a modern, high performance office designed to reflect the client’s energy, professionalism and sporting heritage.   NOVO provided the complete M&E design, including ventilation, air conditioning, domestic services, above ground drainage, small power and low voltage distribution, helping create a workplace that performs as well as it looks.   Read the full project write up here: https://lnkd.in/e3dxwnaS

Springfield Mills’ Bostock Building is now complete! NOVO are proud to have supported the £4 million development, delivering the mechanical, electrical and public health services design, along with Part L compliance reports and calculations for this landmark scheme. Working alongside Shelby Group, Gaunts Limited Commercial Properties, Bowman Riley, Architects, Building Consultants, Interiors and OGL Construction®, it has been brilliant to play a role in bringing eight modern hybrid commercial units to West Leeds in the first development of its kind on the site in 70 years.

A major milestone at Obsidian as the 26 storey tower reaches its highest point on the Greengate skyline   NOVO are proud to be part of the wider #Domis Group team supporting this landmark development, contributing specialist expertise to the coordinated delivery of a high quality residential scheme designed for comfort, efficiency and long term performance.   Congratulations to everyone involved in bringing Obsidian to this stage.
