  • ✨ What a fantastic turnout! ✨ We were absolutely delighted to see so many of you join us for "Understanding Loyalty Across Europe 4.0" where we unpacked the findings from our latest European loyalty whitepaper. The energy, questions, and engagement from attendees made the session truly special. A huge thank you to everyone who tuned in live!     📖 Our latest webinar unpacked fresh insights from Mando & YouGov’s latest research, “Understanding Loyalty Across Europe 4.0”, a comprehensive study covering 24 European markets.   • How loyalty engaged is Europe? ❤️🌍 Our new research offers a powerful answer: a significant 63.3% of adults across 24 European countries are members of at least one loyalty programme! 🧲 We've seen loyalty peak in countries like Finland (88.7%), Great Britain (86.1%), Norway (83.8%) and France (76.9%) 📈 However, membership dips in markets such as Turkey (23.8%), Bulgaria (44.4%), Romania (44.5%) and Portugal (45.3%). Intriguingly, in all but these four, more than half the population is a loyalty member! 👀 Most markets show between 50-70% membership, but what drives these differences?
