The work we do is relationship-led, insight-driven, and increasingly, data-informed. We are already heavily tech-enabled but have ambitions to go further. What we're looking for: A smart grad who is genuinely passionate and highly proficient with AI tools, data and broader technology automation. Someone who is keen to utilise their AI capabilities in a real-life business and have a genuine business impact. Specifically, we'd love to find someone who can: ➡️ Has a genuine love/passion for tech and AI, data, and automation ➡️ Build and deploy AI agents for research, outreach, and candidate intelligence workflows. ➡️ Automate repetitive processes using AI tools ➡️ Work with APIs and LLMs to create practical, usable internal tools ➡️ Think about data structuring — how we capture, organise and surface insight from the work we do ➡️ Develop prompting frameworks that help our consultants work smarter This isn't a "shadow a consultant" role. You'll be given real problems, real access, and the autonomy to build real solutions and implement your ideas. The person who joins us this summer will have a genuine impact on how we operate and potentially a long-term job opportunity. HIVE Underwriters has appointed Nick Lewis as Marine Chief Underwriting Officer, supporting the MGA’s expansion beyond its core aviation offering.
