Had an amazing time at brightonSEO a couple of weeks ago repping Dotsquares and I'm still thinking about some of the incredible sessions on the future of MarTech and the people I met. The standout for me was Philip J Armstrong's talk with Semrush on how AI has fundamentally changed the customer journey. The way buying behaviour has shifted is something a lot of brands are still catching up with, and they made a compelling case for why the old funnel thinking just doesn't cut it anymore. We also got to meet the Semrush team in person, which was a great bonus. Always valuable to connect face-to-face with the people behind the leading tools paving the path for MarTech. Thank you MJ and Rachel :) The speed networking was something else. You forget how much can come out of a five-minute conversation with the right person. Walked away with a load of new connections, a lot to follow up on, and it was great to catch up with old faces too, including great friend Eduardo. The future of martech was a big theme across the whole event. The pace of change is relentless and Brighton SEO is one of the best places to get ahead of it.
