Colour Your Streets teams up with Magic Breakfast and Arch Insurance to give children a calm, creative start to the day
This December, children across 25 Magic Breakfast schools will receive Colour Your Streets colouring books designed around their local area, along with plenty of colouring pencils which will create a mindful morning - sparking creativity and celebrate the places they call home.
Thanks to Arch Insurance, who are facilitating this partnership, more than 1,250 pupils will open festively wrapped books filled with drawings of familiar streets and landmarks bringing joy and pride into classrooms alongside their nourishing breakfasts.
This partnership celebrates the creation of an environment where children can truly thrive -- offering not only a nourishing meal to fuel learning, but also a joyful, creative moment that helps them feel included, connected, and ready to embrace the day ahead.
Jeremy Weil, co‑founder and chief executive of Colour Your Streets, said:
“We’re so proud to be working with Magic Breakfast to bring colour, creativity, and local pride to children across the country. Every child deserves a nourishing start to their day — and we hope these books help pupils begin their mornings with imagination and joy, rooting them where they live, as they eat a delicious breakfast.”
Emily Wilkie, Director of Fundraising & Development at Magic Breakfast said:
“At Magic Breakfast, we know that mornings matter. Our breakfast clubs are about more than providing a nourishing breakfast; they create calm, routine, and a sense of belonging. By teaming up with Colour Your Streets, we can add another layer of joy, giving children the chance to connect creatively with their local area while starting the day nourished, empowered, and ready to thrive. We’re grateful to Arch Insurance for helping make this possible.”
The initiative has been made possible through the generous support of Arch Insurance, whose team has also helped wrap each book to make the experience feel festive and personal during the holiday season.
