We are delighted to announce the appointment of Bradley Feller, who will lead the continued growth of our go-to-market proposition in executive search for private equity and venture capital–backed businesses globally. With over 25 years of experience in recruitment and executive search, he brings deep expertise in partnering with high-growth technology companies and their investors to build leadership teams that scale. Throughout his career, he has worked with many of the world’s marquee brands across the technology ecosystem, supporting businesses from early-stage ventures through to global market leaders helping them build best in class GTM/Sales teams. In his new role, he will focus on expanding our headhunting capabilities for PE- and VC-backed organisations worldwide, strengthening our relationships with investors, founders, and leadership teams, and further establishing our position as a trusted partner to high-growth businesses. This year has also been a big one for him personally - he’s officially become a homeowner! (Which, let’s be honest, proves miracles do happen...especially for someone who still believes Manchester United will win the league every season.)
