The ads keep interrupting BUT WORSE, it blacks out on the video and all I can hear is just the audio in the ads which means I can't even skip the ad after 10 secs or continue to watch the show. I've had to close the app 4 times (!) and reopen, put up with the repeat the ads just to pick up where it stopped working. This was in the span one and a half episode. I think I'm going to uninstall.

the latest update for the app removed the casting button from the home screen. I can only choose to cast once I've started playing the media, which is frustrating. I hope there's a fix for it soon! ***edit*** constant drop from casting (when I do get it up) is infuriating actually. more than 3x in an episode. but overall, I love the access to the huge amount of content. I have the plus pass subscription and there's so much to choose from, and no ads.

At the moment, I've been trying to play around with the app and noticed some problems similar to what happened with Disney+. If you didn't get the viki pass, you're fine. But if you did, the app opens, and no shows come up, and only a dark screen show with the words "something went wrong, please try again." Used my phone data instead of wifi and hit refresh, and it works. All the shows come back. While the show is going, quickly switch it to wifi. Repeat data back on when it breaks again.👍

(2) If it's a video issue, turn off your internet router, wait 30 seconds, and turn it on again.
(3) Delete and Reinstall the Viki app.
