Latest update: Doesn't work too well in practice. It's hard to spend right amounts (in particular for your usual shout) and you don't can't transfer the money out. Many people I've send shouts too forget about them after a while and they expire, waiting that money. You also can't shout yourself, so no good for group rewards when you're part of the group. All the useful group features are locked behind a very expensive enterprise account.

I always have a very bad experience but tonight was another level. Never works, slow and non responsive app. User experience is horrible, and they charge you commissions everytime you shout someone. To send shouts you need to log in to a Web browser (lol) so it's even worse. Im working out to not use this app again. Frustrating

After some SMS server hiccups, I'm using the app. Simple interface and easy to use App can be slow in places still. Recommend some further explanation for recipients to explain they don't need to install the app to use the prepaid mastercard reward and access to the Biz version without an ABN. I want to send to many at work but not to have to get their phone numbers

We don’t hear that shouts aren’t received-unless sent to a wrong number. With other gift cards if lost, unused etc you can’t get a refund/change anything. We do offer alternatives which we’ve shared. Our team has been responsive & tried to assist & we can see the SMS was delivered. It’s disappointing to see your review despite our best efforts.
