The Opportunity

Amsterdam-based Objective Platform is looking for a Head of Product to lead product strategy, roadmap and product organisation for its Marketing Measurement SaaS product. This role owns the end-to-end product function at Objective Platform and sits at the centre of the business.

Product here is central to how the company creates value. You will shape how modelling outputs, data infrastructure and user experience come together in a scalable, enterprise-grade product.

A key part of the mandate is guiding the evolution toward a flexible, agent-driven, AI-supported marketing measurement system as a way to help users interrogate models, operationalise insights and make decisions faster.

Reporting to the CEO, you will work closely with Engineering, Data Science, Commercial and Operations leaders to ensure product decisions balance customer value, commercial impact and operational scalability.

Objective Platform is a leading, cloud-based marketing measurement platform. Its ‘Marketing Mix Modelling’ (MMM) solution is used by leading enterprise advertisers to optimise large omnichannel media investments. The platform combines data pipelines, econometric models and decision support into a single product that supports high-stakes planning and budgeting decisions in a privacy-constrained world. The platform runs on a modern, cloud-based data and application stack.

The product is proven with demanding enterprise customers, including Deutsche Telekom Group, Vattenfall, VodafoneZiggo and Unilever, as well as other leading advertisers across Europe. The next phase focuses on usability, scale, reliability and continued innovation in marketing effectiveness.


What You Will Do

  • Define the product strategy and roadmap that deliver our vision to become the most actionable MMM platform in the market, ensuring priorities, sequencing, and outcomes are clear and easy to communicate.
  • Lead and develop the Product organisation.
  • Translate commercial, customer and modelling insights into clear product priorities.
  • Drive usability, simplicity and workflow adoption across the platform.
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Data Science to enable scalable delivery and realistic planning.
  • Build prioritisation frameworks balancing roadmap, client requests and platform investment.
  • Represent the product function in strategic planning with CEO and leadership team.
  • Fostering a unified product team culture that breaks down internal silos and enhances collaboration with commercial and operational departments.


Team Context

You will join an established, multidisciplinary Product and Technology team of ~15 people across engineering, data & machine learning, product, UX, QA and DevOps.

You will shape and lead the Product function, with a Technical Product Owner reporting to you, while working closely with existing Engineering and Data Science leadership to ensure strong alignment between product direction and delivery.

The team is ambitious, capable and relatively young. Success in this role depends on earning trust quickly through clarity, coaching and sound decision-making, and on being the kind of leader people want to follow as the organisation and platform scale.


What We’re Looking For


Experience:

  • 6+ years in product leadership roles with B2B SaaS experience
  • Proven experience building and scaling data-heavy SaaS platforms
  • Experience building products working with complex / large-scale data environments
  • Experience in managing teams and working with dotted lines
  • Domain & Product:

    • Experience with marketing effectiveness, MMM or related analytics or a strong track record of quickly becoming credible in complex quantitative topics
    • Experience turning complex analytical outputs into usable product features
    • Ownership of a product or platform roadmap for at least 2 years
    • Comfortable making trade-offs, saying no, and re-sequencing priorities

    Technology & AI:

    • Strong understanding of modern data-driven SaaS environments
    • Comfortable working closely with Engineering and Data Science teams
    • Experience integrating AI-enabled product capabilities (not owning architecture)

    Leadership Style:
