EHS Manager

A leading, fast-growing construction and infrastructure business is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to own the delivery of environment, health, and safety across a major campus development.

This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for safety culture, regulatory compliance, client engagement, and team management.

THE ROLE

As EHS Manager, you will take ownership of all EHS activity from project outset through to practical completion, acting as the primary interface with clients and key stakeholders while driving performance across safety, environment, and compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead EHS delivery across the project

- Act as the senior point of contact for clients and key stakeholders

- Drive Health & Safety standards and ensure full regulatory compliance

- Develop and embed a strong safety culture across the site

- Manage environmental risk, reporting, and incident investigation

- Lead, mentor, and develop the EHS team

- Implement best practices and drive continuous improvement

- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and project reviews

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience in a senior EHS role within construction or infrastructure

- Track record delivering on large-scale projects

- Strong knowledge of EHS legislation and regulatory standards

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Proven client-facing experience

- Comfortable operating in complex, fast-paced project environments

PACKAGE

- €130,000 salary

- 24 days holiday
